By using CartX (cartx.co.in) you agree to these terms.

Using CartX

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and not misuse the service (fraud, scraping, interfering with other users, or listing illegal goods).

Buying

Products are sold by independent sellers. Prices, availability and delivery are shown at checkout. Orders can be cancelled or returned as described on the order page and subject to the seller's return policy.

Selling

Sellers must sign in with Google, provide accurate business details (including PAN and GST), and be approved by CartX before selling. Product listings are reviewed by CartX and must be accurate and lawful. CartX may reject or remove sellers and listings that break these terms.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Cash on delivery is available where offered.

Liability

CartX is a marketplace and is not the manufacturer of listed products. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
